Most people would say a resounding no but if you will know the story of how a single mother who used to be a stranger to a place had made her spot in the world by showing and applying what she has learned from Landmark Education Team Management and Leadership Program, you would also have the hope to say yes. Her story would likely inspire you to make your own spot in the world by doing a little thing that is really good. What she did was to avoid throwing plastic bottles in the hope that she would be able to help the ecosystem. She knew then that with every piece of plastic bottle added to that huge garbage dump would eventually add up and this would not stop until she would start making a move. Despite her doubts being new to the place and not having too many friends, she got the courage from what she learned with Landmark’s TMLP. Her cause was to use metal water bottles which are recyclable instead of using plastic bottles which will take thousands of years to rot.
Through Landmark, she founded her own organization called Water Works. The movement that she had started had spread all over Boston and her organization is continually growing, thanks to the inspiration that she got from Landmark.
