It is a given that we now all live in a world where noise pollution is prominent. We do not have any choice but to live with it, otherwise we do not have any other place to go. I did not know that at one point, my daughter was exposed to clubs and bars in town where she went clubbing with her friends. It was a surprise for me, since my daughter did not really strike me as that kind of person. It was until she told me that she was having trouble hearing what I was saying. I then realized that maybe, she already had hearing problems. When I brought my daughter to a specialist, I was told by the doctor that I already needed to purchase a hörgeräte because my daughter was starting to lose her hearing abilities. I did not have any choice.

I read so many articles on the web, trying to find another way on how my daughter could be helped. When I saw this site, it gave me an insight regarding hearing aids, which would be the ones and the likes. Now I know what I should always remind my daughter so she would take care of herself always. It was only until now that my daughter realized how important the sense of hearing was. Once you lose your sense of hearing, you can never have it back. It is just always as simple as that, and so we must always be mindful of the things that we do to ourselves.
